Swamp Shack

The shack
Sitting on squat pillars
Tall cypress looming over
Separated
From the swamp
Filled inside
With potions and powders of a traiteuse
Cajun remedies
At all time
She is ready for anything
Even the raccoons and squirrels
On the bank
Wait
For a dose of magic.
