clear space

Spring on Mount Tamalpais

spaceThe misty breeze
pushing against my rosy cold-nipped
nose,
spacethe crisp trees frosty from
the night, the swaying
flowers
spacethat just broke
spaceinto bloom, the mossy hills crinkled in the
wind
spacethe curled ferns
unrolled to
spacemeet the
spacespaceearly morning
air.
