Oak Mother

Oak
   Oh oak
             Mother oak
(your) thin ancient toes dip deep into the earth
                                                                                             (your)
                                                                                           big strong

                                                                 motherly womanly
                                                                        arms reach
                                                                        (for) the sky
                     cradling (your) young leaves
                                                                        smiling
